1. AI Training Privacy Guarantee

We do NOT use your private manuscript data to train generative AI models.

While the Studio offers optional Advanced Utilities (powered by Google Gemini), your document content is processed transiently to fulfill your specific request. Your creative work remains your private intellectual property and is not fed into public learning datasets.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information to provide a secure and regionally-optimized writing experience:

Identity: Name and email via Google Authentication.
Geographic Data: We utilize IP-based telemetry to determine your general location for regional features (like the Australian Design mode).
Manuscript Data: Your stories are stored in encrypted cloud databases on Google Cloud Infrastructure.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for the duration of your account's existence. You may delete individual projects at any time via "The Cutting Room." If you choose to delete your account entirely, all associated manuscripts and world-building data are permanently purged from our storage.

4. External Data Taps

The "Infinite Oracle" research suite connects directly to external feeds (DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia, Pixabay). Your queries to these services are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not share your private manuscript content with these factual feeds unless you explicitly paste it into a search field.
